i7Sites provides website design, hosting, and management on a subscription basis. Our plans require a 24-month commitment, after which you own your website and can choose to continue with our management services or host the website elsewhere.

2.1 Website Design and Ownership

Upon completion of the 24-month subscription term, ownership of the website transfers to you.
If you pay for the website in full upfront, we will provide the source files or transfer it to your chosen hosting provider after completion.
If the subscription is canceled before the 24-month term, the website remains the property of i7Sites unless a buyout fee is agreed upon.

2.2 Website Management

Website management includes updates, security monitoring, and hosting.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Automatic Payments

By subscribing to our services, you authorize i7Sites to charge your provided credit or debit card on a recurring basis for the agreed-upon subscription fee.
Payments are billed monthly unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

3.2 Late or Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you will be notified and granted a 7-day grace period to update payment information.
After the grace period, services may be suspended until the balance is settled.
If payment is not received within 30 days, your website may be taken offline.

3.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Payments made for website design or subscription services are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel your subscription before the 24-month term, you must notify us 30 days in advance.
Early termination may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary content (text, images, videos) in a timely manner.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content submitted does not violate copyright laws or third-party rights.
You must maintain accurate billing and contact information.

5. Intellectual Property

The design and code of your website remain the property of i7Sites until the completion of the 24-month term.
Any content you provide remains your intellectual property.
You may not resell or transfer our services without our written consent.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

You fail to make payments as outlined in Section 3.
You engage in illegal or unethical activities through the website.
You violate these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

i7Sites is not liable for:

Loss of business, revenue, or profits due to website downtime or technical issues beyond our control.
Security breaches resulting from your failure to use secure passwords or software.
Third-party actions, including hosting provider failures.

8. Privacy and Data Collection
